Shipping & Delivery

We can deliver all over in the UK. Shipping is calculated at checkout, head there for the most accurate price.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once it is with the courier we do not have any control over the shipping process. Please note Bank holidays will have an impact on shipping times being delayed. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to check emails for tracking information and customs notices. 

 

Couriers:

For UK orders we use Royal Mail, DPD or Evri as our courier. When we send you a confirmation shipping email you will be able to see your tracking number and the courier it is shipped with.

Customs, duties, and taxes:

Please note that Al Siab is not responsible for any customs, taxes and tariffs which is applied to your order in the UK. Any customs, taxes and tariffs payments imposed on orders are the responsibility of the customer. In order to get the most accurate information regarding customs fees please contact your local courier. 

Please be aware when orders reach the destination, the amount of time it takes for customs to clear your parcel may impact the delivery time, unfortunately we do not have any control over this.

If the customer refuses to pay the customs, a fee will be deducted from the order total including the shipping fee. The customer will be refunded the remaining balance once Al Siab receives the returned package. 

Damages:

Al Siab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please directly contact the shipment carrier. Ensure you take pictures of the damaged package as this may be required when filing a claim to the shipping company.
